2023 Year-end Meetings

To glorify God by proclaiming Jesus Christ to The Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Every believer living in readiness for Christ's return.

We extend the warmest welcome to our 2023 year-end executive committee meetings being conducted under the theme Let Him Lead the Way. This one comes with some extra excitement and joy as we welcome each one of you, especially those from the fields outside of Nassau, for the first in-person committee meeting since the turbulent COVID-19 pandemic years. Let us celebrate the goodness of God towards us in the way He has kept us alive and well during the pandemic.

The agenda for our meetings this year will include important reports, voted actions, and new items coming from the recently concluded Autumn Council of the General Conference which was held during October 5 – 11 this year. Special highlights of the meetings this year were the celebration of the 160th anniversary of our denomination under the theme “Chosen for Mission” and the Mission Refocus Movement with an invitation to every division to send missionaries to some of the most challenging areas of the world. In addition, we will be considering items and voted actions coming out of the year-end executive committee meetings of the Inter-American Division.

We invite you to pray for the Holy Spirit’s guidance during these important meetings and to come prepared to renew your own commitment to be used by Him to share the “everlasting gospel… to every nation, kindred, tongue, and people.” Rev. 14:6

Let us pray that when He comes, He will find us faithful.

Peter Kerr, President
Cheryl Rolle, Executive Secretary
Roderick Sands, Treasurer
